AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 251 DATED MAY 4, 1951 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE WORKINGMENS VILLAGE (BARRIO OBRERO) RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ILOILO, ISLAND OF PANAY BY EXCLUDING A PORTION OF THE LANDS EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR THE USE OF THE NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION FOR ITS FACILITIES SITE PURPOSES
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 251 dated May 4, 1951 which established the Workingmens Village (Barrio Obrero) reservation situated in Iloilo City, Island of Panay by excluding a portion of the land embraced therein and reserving the same for the use of the National Power Corporation (NPC) for its facilities site purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, which portion is more particularly described as follows, to wit:
A PARCEL OF LAND (Block 29, Ccs-06-000158, being cons. subd. of Lots 1 & 3, of Proclamation No. 251 and Lot 3810, Iloilo Cad.) situated at Barrio Obrero, Lapus, District of La Paz, City of Iloilo, Island of Panay.ℒαwρhi৷
