RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT THE BARANGAY LIBERTAD, MUNICIPALITY OF ABULUG, PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Libertad Barangay High School, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the Municipality of Abulug, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:

Lot F, Ac-1, Swo-2-04-000112

A parcel of land Lot F, Agricultural Colony 1 (Plan, Swo-2-04-000112) situated in the Barrio of Libertad, Municipality of Abulug, Province of Cagayan, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the South, on the West, on the North and on the East along lines 1-2-3-4-1 by Colony Road. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot F, Ac-1 (Plan-Swo-2-04-000112) being N. 82 deg. 09E., 146.37 m. from BLBM # 1, Abulug, Agricultural Colony 1, Abulug, Cagayan, thence

Due West 154.00 m. to point 2;

Due North 125.00 m. to point 3;

Due East 145.00 m. to point 4;

S. 00-01W., 125.00 m. to point 1

point of beginning, containing an area of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE (18,125) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as P.S. cyl. conc. mons. 15 x 60 cms. Bearings True, Date of Original Survey on January 21, 1914 and that of the SWO survey was executed by Geodetic Engineer TOMAS B. LUYUM on July 4, 1989 and was approved on August 10, 1989.ℒαwρhi৷
