AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 655, S. 1990, BY MOVING THE PERIOD JANUARY 21 TO 27, 1991 TO APRIL 22 TO 28, 1991 AS NATIONAL BOY SCOUT JAMBOREE WEEK

WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 655, s. 1990, the period from January 21 to 27, 1991, was declared as National Boy Scout Jamboree Week to coincide with the 12th Asia-Pacific Scout Jamboree Week;

WHEREAS, because of time constraints the 12th Asia-Pacific Scout Jamboree has been postponed to April 22 to 28, 1991;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON, C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 655, s. 1991, by declaring the period from April 22 to 28, 1991, as the National Boy Scout Jamboree Week.ℒαwρhi৷
