DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 26, 1991, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN ZAMBOANGA CITY

WHEREAS, Tuesday, February 26, 1991, marks the Charter Anniversary of Zamboanga City;

WHEREAS, the people of Zamboanga City should be given the opportunity to celebrate this historic event with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 27, Chapter 7, Book I, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 26, 1991, as a special day in Zamboanga City.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
