GRANTING THE FOUNDATION FOR YOUTH DEVELOPMENT IN THE PHILIPPINES, INC. (FYDP) A NEW PERIOD TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN

WHEREAS, the Foundation For Youth Development in the Philippines, Inc. (FYDP), a non-political and non-sectarian organization, was authorized for a period of two (2) years to conduct a national educational and fund campaign pursuant to Proclamation Nos. 98 and 235, series of 1987 and 1988, respectively;

WHEREAS, the said Foundation needs more time to conduct its educational and fund campaign to raise the necessary amount for its various program and services;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Foundation For Youth Development in the Philippines, Inc., to conduct a national educational and fund campaign for a period of one year from the date of this Proclamation.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
