RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE    PURPOSES OF THE MALTANA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN MALTANA, TAMPAKAN, SOUTH COTABATO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Maltana Elementary School, under the Administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Maltana, Municipality of Tampakan, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao and more particularly described as follows:

Lot M-27-B, Csd-11-009031, identical to
Lot 3325, Pls 246-D-2
(Maltana Elementary School)

A parcel of land Lot M-27-B, Csd-11-009031, identical to Lot 3325, Pls 246-D-2, situated in Barangay Maltana, Municipality of Tampakan, Province of South Cotabato, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the Northeast along line 2-3 by Lot M-28, Pls 246-D-2 ; on the Southeast along line 3-4 by Provincial Road; on the Southwest along line 4-1 by Lot M-27-A, Csd-11-009031 (Maltana High School ); on the Northwest along line 1-2 by Lot M-26, Pls 246-D-2. Beginning from point marked “1” on plan being S. 55 deg. 24W., 6,856.67 m. from BLLM No. 1, Pls 17.

thence S 32 deg. 16E., 274.13 m. to point 3;

thence S 53 deg. 39W., 162.15 m. to point 4;

thence N 36 deg. 14W., 286.76 m. to point of

beginning; containing an area of FORTY EIGHT THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED FORTY TWO (48,142) SQUARE METERS, mor or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows: Corners 2 and 3 are Old PLS Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15×60 cm. and the rest by BL Cyl. Conc. Mons. 15×40 cm. Bearings true, date of Original survey October 14 to December 7, 1954, that of the subdivision survey October 6, 1985 by Geodetic Engineer Bernardo L. Soria and approved on April 3, 1986.ℒαwρhi৷
