RESERVING FOR SLUM IMPROVEMENT AND RESETTLEMENT (SIR) SITES AND SERVICES OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING AUTHORITY, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LAS PIÑAS, METRO MANILA
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for slum improvement and sites and services program under the administration and disposition of the National Housing Authority in coordination with the National Capital Region, Department of Environment and Natural Resources subject to actual survey and private rights if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain identical as REL-1059 being a relocation survey of Psu-97886 situated in Laong Plaza, Talon I, Las Piñas, Metro Manila, which parcel is more particularly described as follows:
A PARCEL OF LAND (as shown on plan Rel-1059, being a Relocation plan of PSU- 97886, L.R.C. Record No. ), situated in the Barrio of Pamplona, Municipality of Las Piñas, Province of Rizal (now) Metro Manila, Island of Luzon. Bounded on NE., along line 1-2 by property of Maura Mayuga (Psu-47034); on the SE., and SW., along lines 2-3-4-5-6-7-8 by creek; on the South along lines 8-12 by property of Vida Jose; on the NE., along line 12-13 by the property of Pablo Jose (Psu-102441 and along lines 13-14-15 by property of Dominga Fabian (now) Filomeno A. De Leon; on the NW., and NE., along lines 15-16-17-1 by property of Hrs. of Jesus Agustin, et al. (Psu-102441). Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 51 deg. 38E., 4,905.00 meters from BLBM No. 1, Pamplona, Las Piñas;

In order to facilitate the issuance of Special Patent in the name of the National Housing Authority and the early development of this area for the introduction of the sites and services components, the National Housing Authority, in coordination with the Department of Environment and National Resources, National Capital Region, the Land Registration Authority and the Local Government concerned, is hereby ordered to conduct immediately the necessary subdivision survey of the premises into appropriate homelots, open spaces, road lots and community facilities for public use.
The National Housing Authority is hereby authorized to develop, administer and dispose the area in accordance with LOI 555, as amended, and LOI 557 and for this purpose shall evolve, prepare and implement a comprehensive development Plan under existing guidelines and procedures.
All existing proclamations inconsistent herewith are hereby superseded or amended.
