RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE KALINGA-APAYAO SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF MALAMA, MUNICIPALITY OF CONNER, PROVINCE OF KALINGA-APAYAO, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Kalinga-Apayao School of Arts and Trade under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barangay of Malama, Municipality of Conner, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon, which is more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Plan Psu-2-05-000204), situated in Barangay Malama, Municipality of Conner, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, Island of Luzon. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot 225, Pls-525-D, along line 2-3 by Lot 227, Pls 525-D; on the SW., along line 3-4 by Tomas Tingkog; on the NW., along line 4-5 by Albert Bengan; on the NE., along line 5-6 by Feeder Road 6.00 m. wide and on the E., along line 6-1 by Albert Bengan. Beginning at a point marked “1” of plan Psu-2-05-000204 being N. 34-35 W., 969.45 meters from BLLM 1, Pls 525-D, Kalinga-Apayao;

thence S. 74-35" W., 142.00 m. to point 2;

N. 80-21" W., 67.64 m. to point 3;

N. 53-16" W., 112.69 m. to point 4;

N. 24-14" E., 123.96 m. to point 5;

S. 80-55" E., 212.54 m. to point 6;

S. 15-18" E., 124.60 m. to point of

beginning, containing an area of thirty nine thousand seven hundred sixty two (39,762) square meters.ℒαwρhi৷

This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder by Anastacio E. Ungajan, on September 1, 1974 and approved on September 19, 1974.
