MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 675, December 10, 1990 ] RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE TOLOSA BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED AT BARANGAY DOÑA BRIGIDA, MUNICIPALITY OF TOLOSA, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, ISLAND OF LEYTE Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserves for school site purposes of the Tolosa Barangay High School, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Doña Brigida, Municipality of Tolosa, Province of Leyte, Island of Leyte, which parcel is more particularly described as follows: Lot No. 3712, Cad-822-D A parcel of land surveyed as Lot No. 3712, Cad-822-D, Tolosa Cadastre, located at Barangay Doña Brigida, Municipality of Tolosa, Province of Leyte, Island of Leyte. Bounded on the Northeast (NE), along line 1-2 by Guinarona River; on the Southeast (SE), along line 2-3 by Lot No. 260; along line 3-4 by Lot No. 258; along line 4-5 by Lot No. 256; on the Southwest (SW), along line 5-6 by Guinarona River; along line 6-7 by Lot No. 255; on the Northwest (NW), along line 7-8 by Lot No. 257; and along line 8-1 by Lot No. 259, all of Cad-822-D, Tolosa Cadastre. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan being S. 14 deg. 28 min. E., 441.25 m. from BLLM No. 1 of Cad-822-D. Tolosa Cadastre thence: S. 69 deg. 14 min. E., 40.06 m. to point 2; S. 11 deg. 53 min.
