DECLARING TUESDAY, OCTOBER 16, 1990, AS “CALBAYOG CITY DAY”

WHEREAS, Tuesday, October 16, 1990, marks the 42nd Charter Anniversary of Calbayog City;

WHEREAS, the residents of Calbayog City desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this momentous event in their citys history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, October 16, 1990, as “Calbayog City Day” in Calbayog City. The day however shall be a regular working day.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

DONE in the City of Manila, this 7th day of September, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and ninety.
