MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 637, September 3, 1990 ] DECLARING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 1990, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOS BAÑOS, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA. WHEREAS, Monday, September 17, 1990, marks the 375th Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Los Baños, Province of Laguna; and WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Los Baños be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their municipalitys history with appropriate ceremonies. NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 27, Chapter 7, of the Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Monday, September 17, 1990, as a special day in the Municipality of Los Baños, Province of Laguna.
