DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 1990, AS “SENATOR CIPRIANO P. PRIMACIAS DAY” IN ALCALA, PANGASINAN.

WHEREAS, Friday, September 14, 1990, marks the birthday of the late Senator Cipriano P. Primicias, Sr., the most illustrious and favorite son of the Municipality of Alcala, Pangasinan;

WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the people of Alcala, Pangasinan, his birthplace, be given full opportunity to celebrate the day with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, September 14, 1990, as “Senator Cipriano P. Primicias Day” in Alcala, Pangasinan.ℒαwρhi৷ The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
