RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE BARCELONITA SCHOOL OF FISHERIES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY BARCELONITA, MUNICIPALITY OF CABUSAO, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, ISLAND OF LUZON
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Barcelonita School of Fisheries, under the administration of the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Barcelonita, Municipality of Cabusao, Province of Camarines Sur, Island of Luzon, which is more particularly described as follows:

Bounded in the SE., along lines 8-1-2, by Public land; on the SW., along lines 2-3-4, by Protection Dike, Barcelonita-Cabusao (10.00 m. wide); on the NW., along line 4-5, by Outlet canal; along line 5-6, by Public Land; and on the NE., along lines 6-7-8, by San Miguel Bay.
