DECLARING THURSDAY, JANUARY 31, 1991, AS “MUNICIPALITY OF SIBULAN DAY” IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIBULAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, Thursday, January 31, 1991, marks the 81st foundation of the Municipality of Sibulan, Province of Negros Oriental;

WHEREAS, the residents of Sibulan desire to commemorate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, January 31, 1991, as “Municipality of Sibulan Day” in the Municipality of Sibulan, Province of Negros Oriental. The special day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.ℒαwρhi৷
