DECLARING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 7, 1990, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN CAVITE CITY

WHEREAS, Friday, September 7, 1990 marks the 50th Charter Anniversary of Cavite City;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Cavite City be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 27, Chapter 7, Book 1 of the Revised Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Friday, September 7, 1990, as a special day in Cavite City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.ℒαwρhi৷
