AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 613 DATED JULY 17, 1990 DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN CERTAIN AREAS OF REGIONS I AND III

Proclamation No. 613 dated July 17, 1990 declaring the existence of a state of public calamity in certain areas of Regions I and III is hereby amended to include therein the province of La Union which also suffered heavily from the strong earthquake that hit Metro Manila and Luzon on July 16, 1990.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed hereto.ℒαwρhi৷
