DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JULY 11, 1990, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF VALENZUELA, METRO MANILA

WHEREAS, Wednesday, July 11, 1990, marks the 30th Charter Anniversary of the Municipality of Valenzuela, Metro Manila;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the residents of the Municipality of Valenzuela be given full opportunity to celebrate the event with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 27, Chapter 7, Book I of the Revised Administrative Code of 1987, do hereby declare Wednesday, July 11, 1990, as a special day in the Municipality of Valenzuela, Metro Manila.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.ℒαwρhi৷
