RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE SAN MIGUEL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARANGAY OF SAN MIGUEL, MUNICIPALITY OF MAGSAYSAY, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the San Miguel Elementary School under the administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Barangay of San Miguel, Municipality of Magsaysay, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao, which is more particularly described as follows:

“A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot No. 155, Gss-1535) situated in the Barangay of San Miguel, Municipality of Magsaysay, Province of Davao del Sur, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SE & SW; along lines 1-2-3 by Lot 157, Gss-1535; on the SW, along line 3-4 by Lot 239, Gss-1535; and on the NW & NE along lines 4-5-6 by Lot 211, Gss-1535; and on the NE, along line 6-1 by Lot 154, Gss-1535. Beginning at a point marked “1” of Lot 155, Gss-1535; being S. 86-05 W.; 23888.11 from BLLM # 1, Cad. 275, Sta. Cruz Cadastre.

point of beginning, containing an area of NINETEEN THOUSAND FIFTY-FIVE (19,055) SQUARE METERS, more or less. Bearings true.ℒαwρhi৷ This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder by M. A. Basug, Geodetic Engineer on February 1, 1962 to March 29, 1972 and was approved on March 2, 1973.
