RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE VISAYAN VILLAGE CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN VISAYAN VILLAGE, TAGUM, DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Visayan Village Central Elementary School under the administration of the Department, of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Visayan Village, Municipality of Tagum, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows:

Lot No. 1398-E, Csd-6524-D equivalent
to Lot 6350, Cad. 276, Tagum Cadastre
(VISAYAN VILLAGE CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL)

A parcel of land, Lot No. 1398-E Csd-6524-D equivalent to Lot No. 6350, Cad 276 situated in Barangay Visayan Village, Municipality of Tagum, Province of Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SW., along line 1-2 by Lot 1398-B, Csd-6524-D; on the NW., along line 2-3 by National Highway (60.00 m. wide); and on the NE. E. & SE., along lines 3-4-5-1 by Lot 1398-F, Csd-6524-D. Beginning from a point marked “1” on plan being N. 72 deg. 53" E., 623.38 meters from BLLM No. 80 Cad. 276 Tagum Cadastre.ℒαwρhi৷

beginning, containing an area of TEN THOUSAND (10,000) SQUARE METERS, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground by B.L. Cyl. Con. Mons., 15 x 60 cm. bearings true; date of original survey April 1935 – May 1938; date of subdivision survey September 8-15, 1961 by Deputy Public Land Surveyor Jose Vedua and was approved on March 29, 1962.
