DECLARING SUNDAY, JULY 1, 1990, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE CITY OF DIPOLOG

WHEREAS, Sunday, July 1, 1990, marks the foundation anniversary of the city;

WHEREAS, considering its historical significance, the people of the City of Dipolog should be accorded the opportunity to celebrate the foundation day of the city in meaningful ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Sunday, July 1, 1990, as a special public holiday in the City of Dipolog.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
