DECLARING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 20, 1990, AS “ARAW NG KUTABATO”, A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY, IN COTABATO CITY

WHEREAS, Wednesday, June 20, 1990, marks the foundation anniversary of Cotabato City;

WHEREAS, the people of Cotabato City desire to celebrate the foundation day of their city with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Wednesday, June 20, 1990, as “ARAW NG KUTABATO”, a special public holiday, Cotabato City.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.ℒαwρhi৷
