FURTHER EXTENDING THE NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN PERIOD OF THE PHILIPPINE FOUNDATION FOR THE REHABILITATION OF DISABLED UP TO MARCH 24, 1991

WHEREAS, the authority of the Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled (PFRD) to conduct a national fund campaign was extended under Proclamation No. 403, dated April 19, 1989;

WHEREAS, further extension of PFRDs fund drive will enable it to effectively realize its laudable it to effectively realize its laudable objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national fund campaign period of the Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of Disabled up to March 24, 1991.

For this purpose, all donations, bequests, gifts received by the Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of Disabled for the implementation of its programs and activities shall be free from all forms of taxes and shall be deductible in full from the income of the door for purposes of computing his income tax liability, subject to the pertinent provisions of Section 94 (a) (3) and (b) (2) and 29 (h) (2) (C) (i) of the National Internal Revenue Code, as amended.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
