RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE MANAT CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN MANAT, NABUNTURAN, DAVAO DEL NORTE, ISLAND OF MINDANAO

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Manat Central Elementary School under the Administration of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Manat, Nabunturan, Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land, Lot No. 5000-A, Csd-11-008664-D identical to Lot 12990, Pls-2, Compostela Public Land Subdivision, situated in Manat, Nabunturan, Davao del Norte, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the Northwest along lines 6-7-8-9 by Road, on the Southeast along lines 9-10-11-12 by Road on the Southwest along lines 12-13-14-1 by National Highway, on the Northwest along lines 1-2-3-4-5 by Road and along line 5-6 by Lot 5000-B, Csd-11 008664-D (MANAT HIGH SCHOOL) identical to Lot 12991, Pls-2, Compostela Public Land Subdivision.
