AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 551 DATED APRIL 11, 1990 DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN THE PROVINCES OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE AND ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR TO INCLUDE THEREIN OTHER PROVINCES AND CITIES AFFECTED BY DROUGHT

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of National Defense and Chairman, National Disaster Coordinating Council, Proclamation No. 551 dated April 11, 1990 is hereby amended to include therein the provinces of Bukidnon, Misamis Oriental and Davao del Sur and the Cities of Zamboanga, Cagayan de Oro and Tangub which were also heavily affected by drought.
