DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM APRIL 22 TO 28, 1990, AS SECRETARIES WEEK

WHEREAS, the period April 23 to 29, 1989, has been designated as Secretaries Week under Proclamation No. 400 dated April 10, 1989;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Association of Secretaries will be celebrating Secretaries Week from April 22 to 28, 1990, to coincide with the observance of its 32nd anniversary;

WHEREAS, the Philippine Association of Secretaries should be given the opportunity to commemorate its 32nd anniversary;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from April 22 to 28, 1990, as Secretaries Week.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
