RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES OF THE CALIGUIAN HIGH SCHOOL A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN BARANGAY CALIGUIAN, MUNICIPALITY OF BURGOS, PROVINCE OF ISABELA

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement, and reserve for school site purposes of the Caliguian High School, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in Barangay Caliguian, Municipality of Burgos, Province of Isabela, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A parcel of land (Lot 385-B of the subdivision plan Csd-2-02-005488-D, being a portion of Lot 385, Pls-62), situated in the Barrio of Caliguian, Municipality of Burgos, Province of Isabela, Bounded in the NE., along line 2-3, on the SE., along line 3-4, and on the SW., along line 4-1 all by Road, and on the NW., along line 1-2 by Lot 385-A of the subdivision plan. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 04 deg. 47E., 325.51 m. from BLLM # 50, Pls-62.

thence N 12 deg. 33E.,	103.36 m. to pt. 2;
thence S 80 deg. 51E.,	186.87 m. to pt. 3;
thence S 13 deg. 16W.,	104.30 m. to pt. 4;
thence N 80 deg. 36W.,	185.51 m. to pt. 1,

of beginning, containing an area of NINETEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED NINETY-THREE (19,293) SQUARE METERS more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and are marked on the ground as follows. Points “3” and “4” by PLS conc. cyl. mons. and Points “1” and “2” by PS conc. cyl. mons. 15 x 60 cms. in diameter.

This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing rules and regulations promulgated thereunder by Geodetic Engineer Jose S. Besidas, Jr., on August 28, 1988, and was approved on December 6, 1988.ℒαwρhi৷
