DECLARING MONDAY, MAY 7, 1990, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF SAN PABLO

WHEREAS, Monday, May 7, 1990, marks the Golden Charter Anniversary of the City of San Pablo;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of San Pablo City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, May 7, 1990, as a special day in the City of San Pablo.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
