DECLARING MONDAY, JULY 23, 1990, AS “GINGOOG CITY DAY” IN GINGOOG CITY

WHEREAS, Monday, July 23, 1990, marks the 30th Charter Anniversary of Gingoog City;

WHEREAS, the residents of Gingoog City desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this milestone in their citys history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, July 23, 1990, as “Gingoog City Day” in Gingoog City. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.ℒαwρhi৷
