DECLARING FRIDAY, MARCH 16, 1990, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN DAVAO CITY

WHEREAS, Friday, March 16, 1990, marks the Charter Anniversary of Davao City;

WHEREAS, the people of Davao City desire to celebrate this historic event with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, March 16, 1990, as a special day in Davao City.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
