DECLARING FRIDAY, MARCH 9, 1990, AS “PROVINCE OF ABRA DAY”

WHEREAS, Friday, March 9, 1990 marks the 73rd Foundation Anniversary of the Province of Abra;

WHEREAS, the residents of the Province of Abra desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this milestone in their provinces history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, March 9, 1990, as “Province of Abra Day” in the Province of Abra. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.ℒαwρhi৷
