[ Proclamation No. 531, February 21, 1990 ]

DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 1990, AS A SPECIAL HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA.

WHEREAS, the Palarong Pambansa will be held in the Province of Pampanga beginning Friday, February 23, 1990;

WHEREAS, the people of the province of Pampanga should be given full opportunity to attend and participate in the opening ceremonies of the Palarong Pambansa.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, February 23, 1990, as a special holiday in the Province of Pampanga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.ℒαwρhi৷
