DECLARING SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 1990, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN CEBU CITY.

WHEREAS, Saturday, February 24, 1990, marks the 53rd Charter Anniversary of Cebu City; and

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of Cebu City be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, February 24, 1990, as a special day in Cebu City. The day shall be a non-working day.
