DECLARING FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 1990, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF KALOOKAN

WHEREAS, Friday, February 16, 1990, marks the 28th Foundation Anniversary of the City of Kalookan;

WHEREAS, the people of Kalookan City should be given full opportunity to celebrate this occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, February 16, 1990 as a special day in the City of Kalookan. The day shall be a non-working special day.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
