DECLARING SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 1990 AS “CABANATUAN CITY DAY”

WHEREAS, Saturday, February 3, 1990, marks the 40th charter anniversary of Cabanatuan City; and

WHEREAS, the residents of Cabanatuan City desire to celebrate with fitting ceremonies this milestone in their citys history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, February 3, 1990, as “Cabanatuan City Day” in Cabanatuan City. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.ℒαwρhi৷
