GRANTING THE NATIONAL CENTER FOR MENTAL HEALTH FOUNDATION INCORPORATED A NEW PERIOD TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL MEMBERSHIP AND FUND CAMPAIGN

WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 210 the National Center for Mental Health Foundation, Inc., was granted an extension to conduct a national membership and fund campaign until January 31, 1989;

WHEREAS, the said Foundation needs more time to conduct its fund campaign to enable it to support its various programs and projects;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the National Center for Mental Health Foundation, Inc. to conduct a national membership and fund campaign for the period from January 1, 1990 to December 31, 1990.

I call upon the public, including government officials and employees, to cooperate and lend their wholehearted support to this worthy cause being undertaken by the National Center for Mental Health Foundation, Inc.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
