AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby call the Congress of the Philippines to a special session on January 3, 1990 to consider the Conference Committee report on this urgent bill: AN ACT VESTING ADDITIONAL POWERS TO THE PRESIDENTIAL COMMISSION CREATED UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 146, SERIES OF 1989, TO CONDUCT A FACT-FINDING INVESTIGATION OF THE 1989 REBELLION AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.ℒαwρhi৷ IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
