[ Proclamation No. 352, December 8, 1988 ]

EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 573 DATED JUNE 26, 1969, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE MAGAT RIVER FOREST RESERVE, A PARCEL OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN LOCATED IN RAMON, ISABELA AND DECLARING SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 705, AS AMENDED.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 573 dated June 26, 1969, which established the Magat River Forest Reserve, a parcel of land applied for school site located in Ramon, Isabela, and declaring the same open to disposition pursuant to the provisions of P.D. 705 as amended and described as follows:

Beginning at a point marked “1” on the plan, being N 67' E, 470 M from the junction of the Provincial road to Potia and road going to Magat Dam.

Thence, S. 67' W., 423 M to corner 2;

Thence, N. 70' W., 117 M to corner 3;

Thence, N. 80' W., 129 M to corner 4;

Thence, N. 60' W., 98 M to corner 5;

Thence, N. 45' W., 63 M to corner 6;

Thence, N. 62' E., 103 M to corner 7;

Thence, N. 68' E., 284 M to corner 8;

Thence, N. 75' E., 36 M to corner 9;

Thence, N. 74' E., 186 M to corner 10;

Thence, N. 65' E., 58 M to corner 11;

Thence, S. 40' E., 123 M to corner 12;

Thence, S. 31' E., 35 M to corner 13;

Thence, S. 27' E., 64 M to corner 14;

Thence, S. 29' E., 23 M to point of

beginning, containing an area of FIFTEEN (15) hectares.
