AMENDING THE COMPOSITION OF THE SPECIAL NATIONAL COMMITTEE CREATED UNDER PROCLAMATION NO. 1173, S. 1973, TO UNDERTAKE PREPARATIONS FOR THE PROPER OBSERVANCE OF THE NATIONAL MUSIC WEEK FOR YOUNG ARTISTS
Proclamation No. 1173, dated August 7, 1973, creating the Special National Committee to undertake preparations for the proper observance of the National Music Week for Young Artists, is hereby amended by changing its composition to read as follows:
