MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 338-B, October 31, 1988 ] FURTHER AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 338 DATED OCTOBER 26, 1988, AS AMENDED, DECLARING THE EXISTENCE OF A STATE OF PUBLIC CALAMITY IN CERTAIN AREAS OF THE COUNTRY. Proclamation No. 338 dated October 26, 1988, is hereby further amended to include Regions II, VI and XI, which were also heavily hit by typhoon “Unsang,” among the regions therein specified where a state of public calamity exists.
