[ Proclamation No. 330, September 23, 1988 ]

AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 305, DATED AUGUST 10, 1988, BY CHANGING THE DATES OF THE THIRD NATIONAL CONVENTION ON PRODUCTIVITY IN THE PUBLIC SERVICE.

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 305, dated August 10, 1988, declared the month of October of every year as National Productivity Improvement Month, and further enjoined government offices, agencies and organizations to participate in the Third National Convention on Productivity in the Public Service to be held on October 6 and 7, 1988;

WHEREAS, after the issuance of said proclamation, there was an inevitable change in the dates of the convention so that instead of October 6 and 7, 1988, the convention will be held on October 11 and 12, 1988, the reason being the non-availability of the venue for the convention on the first scheduled dates; and

WHEREAS, for this purpose there is a need to amend the dates of the convention;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 305, dated August 10, 1988, by setting the dates of the Convention for October 11 and 12, 1988, instead of October 6 and 7, 1988.1aшphi1
