DECLARING SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 17, 1988, AS “GENERAL FRANCISCO S. MAKABULOS DAY” IN THE PROVINCE OF TARLAC.

WHEREAS, the seventeenth day of September is the birthday of the late General Francisco S. Makabulos, recognized as one of the illustrious revolutionary leaders from the Province of Tarlac; and

WHEREAS, the residents of the Province of Tarlac desire to celebrate his birthday with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Saturday, September 17, 1988, as “General Francisco S. Makabulos Day” in the Province of Tarlac, a regular working and school day.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
