DECLARING THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 1, 1988, AS A SPECIAL HOLIDAY IN BAGUIO CITY.

WHEREAS, Thursday, September 1, 1988, marks the 79th anniversary of the charter of Baguio City; and

WHEREAS, the residents of Baguio City should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, September 1, 1988, as a special holiday in Baguio City.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
