AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 27, DATED SEPTEMBER 4, 1986, BY TRANSFERRING THE “ALAY LAKAD PARA SA KABATAAN DAY” TO THE FIRST SUNDAY OF SEPTEMBER OF EVERY YEAR.

Proclamation No. 27, dated September 4, 1986, is hereby amended by transferring the “Alay Lakad Para sa Kabataan Day” to the first Sunday of September instead of the second Sunday of September of every year.1aшphi1
