[ Proclamation No. 275, June 20, 1988 ]

RESERVING FOR MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL AND NATIONAL GOVERNMENT CENTER SITES PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF PANACAN, MUNICIPALITY OF NARRA, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, ISLAND OF PALAWAN.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale and settlement and reserve for Municipal High School and National Government Centers sites purposes certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the Barrio of Panacan, Municipality of Narra, Province of Palawan, which are more particularly described as follows:

A PARCEL OF LAND (Lot 742-A, Csd-4A-002102-D) situated in Barrio Panacan, Municipality of Narra, Province of Palawan. Bounded on the S., W., and N., W., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12 by Panacan River; on the NW., along lines 12-13-14 by Lot 743, Pls-23; on the N., along line 14–15 by National Highway; and on the NE., and SE., along lines 15-16-17-18-1 by Lot 742-B, Csd-4a-002102-D. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan of Lot 742-A, Csd-002102-D, being N. 13-12' E., 2563.94 m. from B.L.B.M. # 1, Pls-23, Aborlan Public Land Subdivision;

This lot was surveyed in accordance with law and existing regulations promulgated thereunder by Noel C. Pronto, Geodetic Engineer on July 15, 1980, and was approved on April 8, 1981.
