[ Proclamation No. 231, March 24, 1988 ]

AUTHORIZING THE PHILIPPINE FOUNDATION FOR THE REHABILITATION OF DISABLED TO CONDUCT A NATIONAL FUND CAMPAIGN FOR A PERIOD OF ONE YEAR.

WHEREAS, the Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled is a non-profit organization which provides assistance to the disabled; and

WHEREAS, the said foundation needs public support to enable it to realize its laudable objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Philippine Foundation for the Rehabilitation of Disabled to conduct a national fund campaign for a period of one year to take effect upon the promulgation of this Proclamation.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
