[ Proclamation No. 220, February 15, 1988 ]

DECLARING TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 1988, AS “CALOOCAN CITY DAY.”

WHEREAS, February 16, 1988, marks the 26th Foundation Anniversary of the City of Caloocan; and

WHEREAS, the residents of Caloocan City should be given the opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their citys history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Tuesday, February 16, 1988, as “Caloocan City Day”. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.ℒαwρhi৷

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
