[ Proclamation No. 60, February 12, 1987 ]

DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 16, 1987, AS “CALOOCAN CITY DAY”.

WHEREAS, February 16, 1987, marks the 25th anniversary of the charter of Caloocan City; and

WHEREAS, there is a need to focus public attention on the accomplishments and program of the City so as to stimulate the interest, cooperation and participation of the residents therein;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, February 16, 1987, as “Caloocan City Day”. The day, however, shall be a regular working and school day.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
