ESTABLISHING A WATERSHED FOREST RESERVE FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROTECTING, MAINTAINING, OR IMPROVING ITS WATER YIELD AND PROVIDING RESTRAINING MECHANISM FOR INAPPROPRIATE FOREST EXPLOITATION AND LAND-USE, A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAGANGA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, PHILIPPINES.

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale, entry, disposition or settlement and set aside for watershed and other ecological enhancement purposes, subject to private rights, if there be any, and to the operations of previous proclamations reserving any portion thereof for specific purposes, the parcel of land of the public domain located in the Municipality of Baganga, Province of Davao Oriental, Island of Mindanao, more particularly described as follows:

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources, thru the Forest Management Bureau, shall administer and manage the reservation in coordination with other agencies of the government with the objective of maintaining its usefulness as sources of water for domestic and agriculture and other forestry purposes.
