ESTABLISHING AS HAPOL-AGAN FOREST RESERVE, THE PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MANGKAYAN, PROVINCE OF BENGUET, ISLAND OF LUZON, PHILIPPINES

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources, and pursuant to the powers vested in me by law, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, do hereby set aside as Hapol-Agan Forest Reserve for Protection forest and greenbelt purposes, subject to existing valid rights, if any there be, a parcel of land of the public domain located in Barrio Sapid, Municipality of Mangkayan, Province of Benguet as shown in the Bureau of Forest Development Map F.R.-174, with the following description:

The reservation shall be under the administrative jurisdiction, supervision, control and management of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources through its appropriate agency.1aшphi1
