DECLARING FRIDAY, APRIL 25, 1986, AS A WORKING SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN AKLAN PROVINCE.

WHEREAS, Friday, April 25, 1986, marks the 30th foundation anniversary of the Province of Aklan;

WHEREAS, it is only proper to give the people of Aklan full opportunity to commemorate the occasion with fitting ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, CORAZON C. AQUINO, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Friday, April 25, 1986, as a “working special public holiday” in the entire Province of Aklan.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
